These Terms apply to all visitors and guests who use the Website, regardless of whether a booking is ultimately made.
You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this Website by any third party. Prohibited behavior includes harassment of, or causing distress or inconvenience to, any other user; transmitting obscene or offensive content; and disrupting the normal flow of the Website.

Reservations made directly through this Website are processed via our booking engine at live.ipms247.com. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from Indigo House or our booking platform.
If you book through a third-party travel agency or online travel agency (OTA) such as Booking.com, Agoda, or Trip.com, your reservation is also subject to that platform's own terms and conditions, in addition to these Terms where applicable to your stay.
All room availability is subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a reservation at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing displayed due to technical error.
All room rates displayed on this Website are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change without prior notice. The rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honored for that reservation.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, cash (USD & Lao Kip/LAK), and bank transfer. Payment terms (deposit, full prepayment, or pay-on-arrival) will be specified at the time of booking depending on the rate plan and booking channel selected.
Unless a different policy is explicitly stated for a specific rate or promotional package at the time of booking, the following standard policy applies to direct bookings:
To cancel or amend a reservation, please contact us directly using the details in the Contact Information section below, or through the booking platform used to make your reservation. Refunds, where applicable, are returned via the original payment method and may take several business days to process depending on your bank or card issuer.
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to room availability — please enquire with our front desk in advance.
All rooms at Indigo House are strictly non-smoking. A designated smoking area is available in the courtyard. Guests found smoking in guest rooms may be charged a cleaning fee.
Each room has a stated maximum occupancy, as shown on the relevant room page. Extra guests beyond the stated maximum are not permitted without prior arrangement and may be subject to an additional charge where an extra bed can be accommodated.
We ask all guests to be respectful of hotel staff, other guests, and the property itself. Indigo House reserves the right to refuse service or end a stay without refund in cases of serious misconduct, damage to property, or illegal activity.
While we make every effort to ensure the information on this Website — including room descriptions, photographs, amenities, and pricing — is accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that all content is free of errors or omissions. Photographs are representative and may vary slightly from the actual room assigned.
Indigo House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this Website or your stay, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the laws of Lao PDR. Guests are responsible for their own belongings; we recommend using the in-room safe provided and are not liable for loss of valuables left unsecured.
